NodeBridge IT is a free matching service. We give general educational information about managed IT services and help businesses connect with an independent managed IT services provider, also called an MSP, which means a company that supports and manages business technology for a monthly fee.

We are not an MSP, IT company, or security firm. We do not manage, monitor, secure, repair, or access your computers, network, software, email, or accounts.

That matters for privacy. We only collect the basic business and contact information needed to understand your request and connect you with a provider that may fit.

When you contact us or ask to be matched, we may collect your business name, your name, job title, email address, phone number, city and state, and a short description of what kind of help you are looking for.

We may also collect practical details that help with matching, such as your approximate employee count, number of locations, industry, current IT setup, and whether you need help with support, cybersecurity, backups, cloud tools, compliance, or a new provider.

We do not ask for passwords, network credentials, administrator logins, secret keys, payment card data, or system access. Please do not send that information to us.

If you email us directly at hello@nodebridgeit.com or use our forms, we will also receive the information you choose to include in that message.

We collect limited information for a few basic reasons. First, we use it to reply to your questions and understand what kind of managed IT support you may need.

Second, we use it to match you with one or more independent providers that serve your area, business size, and needs. This is the core of our free service.

Third, we may use it to improve our website, forms, and educational content so they are clearer and more useful. Our content is general information only. It is not technical, legal, or compliance advice. You can read more in our disclaimer and terms.

We share your information only as needed to make a match. That usually means sharing your business name, contact details, location, and summary of needs with independent managed IT providers that appear relevant to your request.

We do not sell your information as a list. We do not post your request publicly. We do not share passwords, credentials, or system access because we do not collect them.

If a provider contacts you after a match, your future conversations with that provider are between you and that provider. Their own privacy practices and contract terms will apply to any additional information you choose to share with them.

We may also use common website, form, email, and analytics tools to operate the site and respond to inquiries. Those tools may process basic contact or usage data on our behalf.

By submitting your information to NodeBridge IT, you are asking us to review your request and, if appropriate, share it with matched independent providers. That is how the service works.

You do not have to give us more than the basics. The more clearly you describe your needs, the easier it is to make a useful match, but you should keep sensitive information out of your message.

If you want to stop hearing from us, or you do not want us to share your request with additional providers, email hello@nodebridgeit.com. If you want to correct or update the information you sent, contact us and we will do our best to help.

If you are already speaking with a matched provider and want to opt out of that provider's future messages, you should also contact the provider directly.

We try to keep the information we collect limited and practical. We use it for communication, matching, and basic recordkeeping. We do not need access to your systems to do our job, so we do not request that kind of access.

No website, email system, or online tool can honestly promise perfect security. We use reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect the information we handle, but no method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be completely secure.
